Our data sources proactively comply with all provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Asurint also adheres to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines regarding the privacy and security of patient information and requires that its customers comply with all provisions of these acts as well.
