CFPB Issues Updated “A Summary of Your Rights” Document

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued an updated version of the “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act” in English and Spanish. Most of the changes include revised contact information for several federal agencies.
These updated documents must be used prior to the required deadline of March 20, 2024.
