Vince Pascarella

Vince Pascarella has been an attorney and executive in the consumer data and background screening industries since 1998.

Vince developed his executive management skills in previous roles as President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Sales. He is the current and founding chair of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Background Check Committee, chaired the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) Industry Practices Committee and Government Relations Access and Accuracy Subcommittee, and served on the Northern Virginia (NOVA) and Dulles (VA) SHRM boards. Vince is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Virginia Bar Association (VBA), the Virginia State Bar and the Colorado Bar, and is an Ohio registered corporate counsel. Vince earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Long Island University.

His personal interests include strength training, cycling, hiking, snowboarding, cooking and mixology.
