Vince Pascarella

Vince Pascarella has been an attorney and executive in the consumer data and background screening industries since 1998.

Vince developed his executive management skills in previous roles as President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Executive Vice President, and Executive Vice President of Sales. He is founding chair of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Background Screening Committee, a founding member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA), former two-term chair of the PBSA Industry Practices Committee, former board member and vice president of the Northern Virginia (NOVA) and Dulles chapters of the Society for Human resources Management (SHRM). Vince earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Long Island University.

In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors with hobbies such as snowboarding, road cycling and hiking, and winding down with cooking and mixology.
