John Tighe
John Tighe leads all aspects of Customer Success for Asurint including Strategic Account Management, Client Support, and Implementations. John brings a tremendous amount of industry experience to Asurint having spent 14 years with Sterling, where he held senior leadership positions overseeing different segments of Account Management & Customer Support, Operations, and Product. John joined Asurint from Propeller Industries, a leading Fractional CFO & Accounting services firm, where he held the title of Vice President of Account Management. In this role, he was tasked with building out the framework, processes, and procedures of their Account Management Department to improve the overall client experience and increase client retention.
