Huda Leininger

Huda Leininger serves as Asurint’s Chief People Officer, overseeing all People and HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & Benefits, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement. In her role, Huda focuses on building a strong, people-first culture and believes deeply that employees are the heart of every organization’s success. She champions the philosophy that the employee experience should mirror the client experience—when employees are fulfilled, supported, and empowered, they deliver exceptional service forward.

A progressive and strategic HR leader, Huda has played a key role in shaping Asurint’s people strategy and operational foundation since joining the organization. Her ability to build meaningful relationships, translate business needs into people-centered solutions, and elevate workplace culture has made her a trusted partner to leaders across the company. She is known for her approachable leadership style, advocacy for employees, and commitment to delivering an HR experience that is both strategic and human-centered.

Under Huda’s leadership, Asurint’s HR practices have earned the organization the Crain’s NorthCoast 99 Award eight times, recognizing excellence in People & HR practices.

Outside of Asurint, Huda is a passionate servant leader. She serves on the Board of Directors for Providence House in Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys mentoring young professionals as they grow in their careers.

Huda holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo.
