The first big bug we ever had with Asurint, the more I dug into it, the more I realized the problem was on Findigs’ side. We always assumed there would be a slight gap in between when we requested a report and when we got it back. Asurint was returning reports so quickly that they exposed this race condition bug to us. So, we were able to say oh wow, if you return in under a second or two seconds, we have this race condition we were able to debug quickly. That, to me, is a strong signal of how reliable Asurint is as a partner and how quickly they’re able to turn a lot of reports around for us.

Before Asurint, our background check process was cumbersome and time-consuming. We had to log into another dashboard, manually enter the applicant's information, wait for the results, and then print, scan, and upload them into the employee's profile. With Asurint's seamless integration with Avionté, the results are now placed directly in the applicant's profile. This change has significantly reduced the time and effort involved, as well as the costs we were previously incurring. Asurint has truly made our background check process faster, easier, and more efficient.
