Our employees’ health and well-being is very important to us as is ensuring your business continuity. After thoughtful consideration, we wanted to provide our response to events surrounding COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus).
As a valued client, you are important to us; as are our employees and the safety of all impacted by this widespread pandemic. Because of our technology focus and infrastructure, we are happy to report that:
- You can still expect to receive best-in-class service from our team on all channels you are accustomed to:
- Phone: 1-800-906-1674 extension 1 (or +1 216-420-1700 for those outside the United States)
- Email: support@asurint.com
- Online Chat
- We will maintain focus on getting orders completed quickly and accurately. With that in mind, we are working diligently to provide updates from third parties such as courts, employers and educational institutions as soon as we receive them. We are also actively working, in any areas where service may be affected, to provide alternative searches where available. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Client Support as listed above.
While our technology-based solutions will continue providing responses, we expect delays to some criminal, civil and verification searches when direct involvement of the court clerks, employers and educational institutions is required and where access may be limited. Please subscribe to http://status.asurint.com/ to receive the most up-to-date information on court closures or reduced court staffing throughout the country.
For our clients with drug screening needs, we have engaged our partner Abbott/eScreen and, at this time, there are no known disruptions. Please click here to download their message.
Asurint recognizes COVID-19 is having an impact both domestically and internationally and we will continue monitoring the situation closely. We take continuity of service seriously and will do everything we can to keep you updated and informed and will continue providing clear communication as the world works through this.
We wish you and your business and loved one’s safe passage through this and, as always, thank you for your continued support and partnership.
