As we welcome 2026, we’re proud to reflect on 2025, defined by innovation in background screening, strategic partnerships, and recognition for our culture. Over the past 20 years, our mission has been to drive informed decisions through advanced screening solutions for fair and safe workplaces and communities, and this year, we delivered on that promise like never before.

Walk down memory lane with us as we highlight all that we’ve accomplished and celebrated in 2025.

Driving Innovation Through Product & Service Enhancements

HR and compliance teams were faced with increasing complexity in 2025: rising regulatory demands, evolving workforce risks, and the need for faster, more accurate decision-making. Through technological advancements and strategic partnerships, we introduced and expanded solutions to meet the evolving needs of HR professionals and compliance teams:

  • Introduced the Comprehensive Provider Profile (CPP): Asurint and Verisys partnered together to introduce the Comprehensive Provider Profile (CPP), a first-of-its-kind solution that helps reduce fraud and strengthen compliance and credentialing capabilities. CPP delivers 40% more actionable insights by combining deep healthcare licensure and sanction data with advanced criminal and exclusion monitoring.
  • Selected as Primary Supplier of License and Medical Sanction Screening for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Advanced Provider Screening (APS) program: Sparksoft Corporation, an industry leader of innovative digital health solutions, partnered with Asurint to enhance the quality and efficiency of CMS APS programs. With our strategic partnership, we’re now monitoring over 6 million people while streamlining compliance, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall performance of CMS APS programs.
  • Strengthened Social Media Screening with Fama: With our world now more connected than ever before, employers are facing the challenge of screening online behavior compliantly and fairly. Through our new partnership with Fama, our social media screening scans over 10,000 sources to uncover red flags, highlight potential risks, or negative behavior while remaining compliant with the FCRA and EEOC regulations and guidelines.

  • Launched IQ Assist for Employment and Tenant Sectors.(Criminal and MVR Checks): Manual adjudication of candidate criminal records is time-consuming, inconsistent, and prone to human error. Asurint’s IQ Assist automates and standardizes this process, delivering faster, consistent, and more accurate evaluations based on a company’s customizable set of adjudication criteria.
  • Staying Proactive with Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Monitoring: In collaboration with our partner SambaSafety, we launched our new Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Monitoring solution. This offering expands our ability to deliver end-to-end screening solutions for the transportation industry. With ongoing driver monitoring, transportation companies can proactively manage driver safety and compliance, reduce risk, and protect their fleets.
  • Leading Turnaround Times in Cook County, IL: While the industry standard for background screening turnaround time in Cook County, IL is typically 3-5 days, Asurint has topped these expectations. We now deliver results in less than half a day for the 2nd most populated county in the U.S.

  • Smarter Criminal Record Searches in New York: For New York background checks, the Office of Court Administration (OCA) process generally requires a costly centralized search that slows turnaround times. Asurint’s Targeted New York Borough Search tackles this by performing a robust criminal record query, significantly reducing costs while maintaining comprehensive coverage, all while unlocking critical insights in the nation’s largest city.
  • Near-Instant Results Through Automation: Our continued investment in automation has enabled us to expand further the number of jurisdictions where we can deliver near-instant clears, helping employers reduce turnaround times and make faster, more confident hiring decisions.
  • Expanding our Footprint in Tenant Screening: Asurint continues to lead the way in tenant screening by enhancing our industry-leading platform with over 30 new features and improvements. With over 7.2 million tenant orders completed just in 2025, we’re driving smarter, faster solutions for property managers nationwide.

Making Connections Across the Industry

2025 was a year of meaningful connections. Our team attended 15+ HR conferences, sponsored 10+ events, and proudly hosted our 2025 Asurint SPARK Client Conference. Partnerships That Propel Progress

Collaborating with the right partners strengthens our services and brings more value for our clients. In 2025, we secured new alliances, expanded key partnerships and invested in building new ATS/HCM integrations to provide more options for clients to scale easily:

Asurint and OMNIA Partners Private Sector, a premier Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), also entered into a strategic partnership to deliver robust employment and tenant screening services to OMNIA’s extensive network of members. With this trusted alliance, OMNIA members can make more informed decisions and build safer workplaces and communities.

And to close out 2025 on a high note, A&M Capital Partners (AMCP), a private equity investment firm, agreed to become our new majority investor! This is a major milestone for Asurint as we continue to invest in our technology, expand our data capabilities, strengthen our market reach, and scale across all three sectors we serve.

Our efforts didn’t go unnoticed either. Asurint was honored with several celebrated awards that recognize not only our leadership in background screening, but also our commitment to being a people-first workplace:
